About Me
Hi, I’m Erica
I am a graduate from National Holistic Institute, completing the core program with 800 hours studying a variety of modalities and continued my education specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy with an additional 450 hours. I have always had a passion for helping people, I’ve had many different job titles in the service industry. Becoming a massage therapist and health educator is my next step in continuing to help people live their best life.
I have studied eastern and western modalities, I believe the two go hand in hand when doing body work. Incorporating the relaxing flow of Swedish and the balancing course of Shiatsu can do so much more for a person, benefiting body and mind.
Massage really benefits a person in so many different ways, from increasing healthy blood flow, to relaxing the mind, to correcting chronic pain issues.
I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, which helps people correct their posture or ease chronic pain. I offer a variety of other western and eastern modalities, like Swedish massage, sports Massage, Lymphatic Massage, and Shiatsu.
I believe taking care of your body is a priority, not a luxury. I am so excited to start this journey towards a healthier life!
